Pulsars are really fast-spinning, highly magnetized neutron stars, formed by a following of a supernova explosion, that sends regular pulses of radiation when it rotates, just like a lighthouse it rotates and while flashing light. the pulsar effect can be seen if the beam of light happens to come in our direction. This star can not sustain life because it has an going flow of radiation.
